My Project
As an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher, I am committed to providing engaging and hands-on activities to foster students' curiosity and love for learning. During our dinosaur unit, I want my students to experience the thrill of becoming paleontologists and unearth the wonders of the prehistoric era. The Dinosaur Egg Dig Kits will allow each student to take on the role of a young paleontologist and actively engage in a simulated excavation process. These kits are designed to spark their curiosity, critical thinking, and teamwork skills as they carefully dig through the "fossilized" eggs, discovering miniature dinosaur figures hidden within. Through this hands-on activity, the students will not only gain knowledge about dinosaurs but also develop a deeper appreciation for the scientific process and the wonders of the natural world.
The addition of palm trees will help transport our young learners to a prehistoric world, where dinosaurs roamed amidst lush vegetation.
These realistic and visually appealing palm trees will add an exciting touch to our learning space, making the experience even more memorable for the students.
As an educator, I understand the importance of fostering a love for reading in young learners. To encourage and reward their progress in reading, I plan to implement a Bubble Gum Reading Program. In this program, students will small rewards for completing reading challenges, meeting reading goals, and exhibiting exceptional reading habits. As a motivating incentive, I wish to provide mini gumball machines as rewards to the students when they achieve certain milestones in their reading journey. These mini gumball machines will serve as a tangible and exciting reminder of their reading achievements, encouraging them to continue their literary exploration.
