My Students
My primary children are amazing. They are excited and always ready to laugh, learn, and have fun. Since ending class in March, it has been a struggle to transition into a distance learning style. The school staff had to leave with short notice, therefore many of of the tools that I use to engage my students are locked away at my school. During distance learning I see my students three times a week using Google Classroom.
My Project
These materials will help me teach my students by creating a space for them to access visual resource in advance, on various topics that we will address during our weekly meetings. I have the ability to upload videos to Google Classroom. I will upload videos on various topics for my children and parents to review so they will be able to access them prior to our weekly meetings. I have included books which can be used as resources to build character and to learn how to identify various feelings which will build their social competency. Finally, I have included resources that will support turn-taking skills virtually.
