Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I have a class of eager to learn, energetic, adorable, five-year-old students. For this project, "It's A Snap To Build Life-Long Learners In Kindergarten," I am asking for interactive math center games with beginning math concepts of adding, counting, identifying numbers and making patterns. I am also asking for word building blocks. My goal is to make learning as fun and interactive as possible. Students at this age learn best when they are involved in hands-on activities where they can manipulate different objects while learning. What better way to make learning important skills age appropriate, developmental and fun?
