My Students

Our students are caring, bright, and hardworking. They also have a thirst for knowledge and love to stay engaged with hands-on materials.

Most of the students have grown up in Detroit and come from single-parent households, but they give their all to their community and learning.

They are proud of what they do and what they have done.

My Project

We would love to have a reading party where students are able to get a snack, bookmark, pencil, and sticker. We would then return to our classrooms to read a book of our choice while enjoying our snack. I am asking for reading stickers , bookmarks of all ages and pencils for our whole school. I want to make sure our scholars know that reading is important and it is an awesome thing. Even my kindergarten students are going to love this. Let's spread the word and have reading PARTY.
