My Project
My special little learners need to work on increasing their fine motor skills. Having new activities for them to work with sparks their interest and they don't even realize they are increasing their fine motor skills.
The Nuts About Sorting activity has been a hit with my special little learners because they have been using this activity that belongs to one of my coworkers.
Having one of our own would allow my special little learners to sharpen their fine motor skills more consistantly.
The craft supplies will be used to create magnetized foam activities that will work on increasing the fine motor skills of my special little learners. Creating matching activities works on visual perceptual skills and motor planning which will help make my special little learners more successful in school.
