My Students
Technology is limited in our school and many students do not have access to it outside of school. By providing iPod Touch digital devices in school, students will have the chance to access a technology in new and creative ways while enhancing their learning.
Our school is in a rural New Hampshire community.
Technology is limited in the school and many students do not have access to it outside of school. My students are a curious and creative bunch! They love to try new things and are enthusiastic about learning. Unfortunately, we do not have the resources for our students to use a variety of technology tools.
My Project
The iPod touch digital devices offer a myriad of opportunities for students. These iPods allow them to learn new skills through accessing the Internet, reinforcing current skills being learned, and give additional practice with past skills. There are so many applications that are available for free or for very little cost that can excite and foster learning in all curriculum areas. Through the use of technology, students will be exposed to 21st-century tools and be more prepared for the future. The possibilities are endless!
This project can offer so many opportunities for students that do not have access to the Internet or other technology.
Our students are our future and we need to do all we can to support their learning and give them all the same chance in school.
