I need to attend and participate an online professional development training workshop focused on managing student behavior and implementing effective teaching strategies for middle school math.
The online training workshop will equip me with research-based strategies to effectively manage student behavior and enhance engagement in middle school math. By applying these strategies, I'll create a more structured, supportive, and inclusive learning environment where students feel safe, focused, and motivated to succeed.
With the help of an iPad, I'll be able to access and implement digital tools, track behavior and academic progress, and integrate interactive math resources that cater to diverse learning styles.
This technology will help me bring lessons to life, differentiate instruction more easily, and maintain consistency in behavior management. Ultimately, my students will benefit from improved classroom routines, more engaging and effective math instruction, and increased academic confidence.
