My Students

"Everyone has different talents, different styles and different talents". - Harry Shum Jr. This quote defines the students in my class. With a class of 29 third graders, they all have different talents. They are all unique in their own way, and they all learn in their own ways.

The 29 students in my class all have their own special personalities.

They are always lively and ready to learn and engage in lessons. When you walk into the class you are greeted with smiles, chatter and happiness. They enjoy hands on learning, and being able to work and teach their classmates what they know.

My Project

The students in my class will use the Osmo game in order to have an opportunity to use technology, as well as use hands-on manipulatives. The Osmo game is a math manipulatives game that challenges students and keeps them engaged while learning. The partitions will be used to allow students to work at their own pace, as well as use whatever types of accommodations and modifications they need in order to be successful.

My project will make a difference in my classroom by keeping my students engaged in learning.

It will also help to give students different learning opportunities. Every student learns in a different way, some by seeing, some by seeing and some by doing. These items will help to reach the different learners in my class.
