Help me give my students a better virtual-learning experience, with an iPad and stylus with which I can write and illustrate my lessons right on the screen.

My Students
My students are second graders in a small elementary school. This is a middle-class neighborhood, deemed semi-rural even though the city proper has nearly 40,000 people. That means my children tell me about their chickens and horses as well as their hoverboards and gymnastics lessons. They are taught to be hard-working and dependable, family traits that translate well to school. Our school has teachers who are teaching the children of their former students, creating a family-feeling school culture.
These children come from varying socioeconomic levels, so their access to technology at home also varies.
My Project
We have pivoted to online learning in the past--in fact, we are doing so this week. I want to improve my teaching over Zoom. I think that with screen-sharing and writing right on the screen of an iPad I can more effectively teach what I want than by using a laptop with a whiteboard behind me.
My second graders have never known a COVID-free school year.
I want my students to document their experiences and feelings in this strange world they've inherited, which is why I would like a supply of bare books. The children will write and illustrate their own books to keep as a memento of what I hope are a couple of strange years toward the beginning of an otherwise normal like.
I also need to replace headphones broken through repeated use with our Chromebooks at school. Technology use in school is a given, and so is headphone use. Imagine the Babel without them! We've also used up this year's dry erase markers already and need to replace them.
