My Project
Our school library is more than just a place to read—it’s a hub for exploration, creativity, and discovery. As we continue to build a space where our students can dive into science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM), we’re hoping to add 12 iPads with protective cases to support hands-on learning during library classes and small group STEM sessions.
These iPads will allow students to work in groups of 2–3 to engage with interactive STEM tools and apps.
Whether they’re coding with Scratch Jr., programming robots, conducting virtual experiments, or creating videos about what they’ve learned, the library will become a space where students collaborate, problem-solve, and think critically—key skills they’ll use far beyond elementary school.
In the library, students from all grade levels and classrooms come together. They are curious, creative, and full of questions. They love discovering how things work and exploring the world through science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). Having access to shared iPads in this central location means more students will benefit from the technology, especially those who may not have consistent access to devices in their own classrooms. The protective cases will ensure the devices stay safe and secure during frequent use.
