My Project
The supplies I am requesting would benefit our new STEM program, and enhance our Technology education class. Our district started up a STEM program this past year, which I am creating in real time. The kids have absolutely loved it so far, but I would love to be able to introduce students to the new technology coming out. iPads would allow my students to code robots, create projects, and do osmo centers. iPads would also allow my students with disabilities to have better and easier access to our curriculum in STEM.
We are currently coding on the desktop computers starting in Kindergarten but the iPads would allow us to do hands-on learning starting in kindergarten, and continue up to 5th grade getting them ready for middle school and high school technology classes.
