COVID has greatly impacted our attendance, causing for more students to fall behind in reading as well as other areas of their education.
My students love technology and it keeps them engaged in their learning.

My Project
iPads for iGroups will allow my students to be in small groups and get individualized instruction while using the iPad to model the reading skill(s) that need to be addressed. Using an iPad in small groups is like having a mini smartboard at our fingertips. Currently, we are using our classroom smartboard which is a huge distraction to the rest of the class that is working on other things while small groups are going on.
iPads for iGroups will benefit both my reading and math groups as we focus on the specific skill(s) with more individualized instruction.
Students in small groups still need to be able to have access to the latest technology while in groups. Using the iPad as a mini Smartboard allows for lessons to be more interactive.
