My Students
In today's world, technology is a big part of everything. These iPad 2 tablets will help my students to access the world and help them to inquire deeper and provide new opportunities for creativity in the 21st Century.
My students are an inquisitive bunch and want to find out more about the world we live in.
They love to inquire and be creative! We are in a rural community and don't see a lot of the bigger cities and places around the world. There is Internet access, but not all students have it.
Our school is small and technology is limited. I believe that every child should have the opportunity to access all the new and innovative tools that are out there so that they can be creative and confident as their world continues to change around them.
My Project
Students frequently work in collaborative groups inquiring about different topics and concepts and then create projects to show their learning. These three iPad 2s will give them the opportunity to access other resources by accessing the web and more tools to create projects that are current as well as presenting them in a current format. The iPads will also provide instant differentiating for all students with visual, auditory, and kinesthetic needs.
By getting three new iPad 2 tablets into the hands of our children, we are providing them with tools of the 21st Century and letting them access the world!
