This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Our students need iPads to use graphic organizers to support 6 different creative learning projects which primary students can complete individually or in small groups using the apps Animoto, Puppet Pals, ShowMe, Haiku Deck, Book Creator, and Tiny Tap.
My students are a creative, tech savvy group of kindergarten students who are motivated by interesting projects.
They attend an amazing school that is always pushing forward with the latest and greatest. My kindergarten students already share one iPad, creating stories and using photographs to inspire writing.
My Project
Having more iPads would make all the difference in more students having access. Sharing just one is difficult among 25 students who are anxious to learn. These iPads will help students to create reader's theater movies, digital games, slide show presentations, e-books, digital portfolios, and more!
Students who use iPads to plan and create digital projects are learning skills for the future!
Imagine the impact this experience will bring at such a young age! With your support, students will be prepared for the future! Thank you for your consideration!
