It is important now more than ever to expose students to the effects of climate change and our environment. With Earth Day coming up, I like to expose students to this topic by showing videos and doing a small lesson on current events relating to the environment. This year, I would like my students to go further and research environmental protection and what we can do to help this issue.
The iPad pro will be used for research on climate change and to create a class presentation on why this topic is important for their future.
Each group will have a turn to add slides and research on the topic. Education about the environment is missing in curriculum across the country. With this research and this project, students will be able to have more awareness about this issue.
