Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Since September, my students have been doing a great job learning about visual arts. This winter I want to encourage my students to keep growing as artists by adding technology as a choice for center time. Your support of this project will help me do just that.
During center time, students decide what and how they will create using familiar concepts and materials.
Students choose how they explore art concepts in such centers as drawing, painting, collage, fiber, or sculpture. Many learning styles and interests of our students are addressed during center work. With your support, I can offer a technology center to our students.
As mentioned above, centers truly boost student engagement. The technology listed in this project will build up our technology center. Thank you for your generosity. It is sure to inspire creativity and fun!
