My Project
Though I will start my 30th year teaching in September, this will be my first year as a STEM teacher! This will be the first time our school will have a STEM room, and I am starting from scratch. These IPad Minis will help me teach coding to students in grades K-4 including self contained autism rooms. Many of my students have a very difficult time using a laptop, especially the younger students and special needs students. The iPad minis will give these students access to the same curriculum as others.
My goal is to give all students access to the STEM curriculum.
This would not be possible without iPads. These devices will give younger students and special needs students access to the curriculum that other students are able to access on the school laptops.
Students love to learn new things, and having these iPads will help ALL students learn how to program and code.
