This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are creative, thoughtful, and full of questions! They absolutely love hands-on, active, engaging projects, and challenges that allow them to think outside the box to find solutions! They come to school each day ready to try new things and take brave chances in order to grow both personally and academically.
I have 18 very excited first graders this year!
Their thirsty little minds are ready to go when it comes to learning. My goal is to ensure all my students are given the best education possible in order for them to reach their goals.
My Project
All of my students will benefit from having the iPad in our classroom. My students are into technology, and this will enhance their learning. They have a weekly goal to meet for iReady to ensure that by the end of the school year they have made gains and met their goal. This iPad will also provide my students with limited or no access to technology at home the opportunity to use it in the classroom to meet their goals. I will be able to personalize the lessons and help them during one-on-one time. This will definitely make a difference in their lives and in the lives of my future students as well!
