Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I would love to provide our classroom with carpet areas, on our linoleum, for our various centers areas. These will help make clear the options of where our TK students can go when using the kitchen, LEGOs, blocks, books, etc.
These rugs will help with classroom management, as well as flow as our rugs will provide a clear, clean, comfortable, and organized way to know where each center begins and ends.
Our students love interacting with each other and they are becoming more and more imaginative. True play comes through the children choosing their own play areas so these different rugs will help make clear where each center is located.
