This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project will help my students compete in the Stock Market Game, which is run by the Foundation for Free Enterprise Education. They are competing against schools with much more resources than my school and school district can offer.

The TPT gift card will be solely used for purchasing instructional materials to teach my students about the stock market, it will ensure that my students can stay competitive against private and well-funded schools in districts across the state.

My students are so excited that they have the chance to be a part of this competition and cannot wait to have the resources they need to excel. They are even looking past this competition in hopes that their parents will allow them to purchase stock themselves using the knowledge they have gained by playing this game.
