This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Using simple, everyday materials for STEM projects is fantastic because it makes learning hands-on and exciting for students. These materials turn big ideas in science, technology, engineering, and math into things kids can actually touch and explore.

When students work with everyday items like magnets, food coloring, cotton, and craft paper, they get to design, build, test, and fix their ideas.

This is just like what real scientists and engineers do!

Getting hands-on helps kids understand things better, think more clearly to solve problems, and get truly excited about learning. It sets them up for future inventions and helps them love STEM for their whole lives.
