This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As many teachers continue to work towards closing the learning gap caused by COVID, I would like to improve upon my method of targeting skills that students are still struggling with.

A lot of scholars need extra support and I want to use the materials requested to be able to provide on the spot interventions in any part of my class.

Having a mobile easel will allow me the flexibility to expand how I use my classroom and be intentional with the interventions I will provide.

Since I am a first grade teacher I do like to focus on reading and writing skills and will use the phonics materials to also help provide this additional support.
