By providing our students with storytelling materials and puppets for beloved and engaging stories, we can help build a lifelong love of reading. These materials are essential for building literacy skills in relation to characterization, plot, theme, setting, and sequencing. We will also be able to build visual literacy skills and socio-emotional skills in relation to effective group dynamics.
