My Students
The students in my classes are a diverse group, from a multitude of backgrounds. Some are from families where they will be the first to attend college, while others are from families where paying the monthly bills is a challenge.
All students deserve an opportunity to create skills that they can take with them into the work force or to college.
They are eager for life skills that can help them, as they finish high school and move forward in their lives.
My Project
These materials will allow my students to create interactive notebooks for their classes. We will create our work in notebooks, so everything is in one location and easily accessible. These will eliminate lost papers and books bulging with note sheets and homework.
The supplies will help us work in groups to create study-guide notebooks for second semester.
The students have worked through one set of notebooks already this year and are actively engaging in the notebooks for midterm exams. Now they want new ones for the second half of their classes. Help them be as orgnaized they want to be.
