Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Teachers Pay Teachers is an online website that allows other educators to download resources that are proven to be engaging for students.
Teachers are not given funds to pay for resources that are created by other educators and therefore often pay out of pocket to provide students with these materials.
This project would allow multiple teachers to purchase units for Math and Science that will help support learning in the classroom and create more engaging lessons. Interactive notebooks are essential to helping students have hands-on experiences. Without resources like TPT, we would have to rely on textbooks. As 21st century learners, students need more than just a textbook to learn the material. Cutting, pasting, drawing and creating STEAM projects are all activities provided by Teachers Pay Teachers.
