it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Back to school full STEAM ahead! As all students will be returning to the school house, it's important to get back to evidenced-based strategies like cooperative learning and random sampling. This past school year, students benefitted greatly from the time I got to spend hands-on with them. Unfortunately, we know that not all students have returned to the classroom consistently. I created an interactive agenda with remediation resources posted daily. I need a reliable device to help me post class notes and move about the classroom helping students. By having the tablet and Apple TV, I will be able to learn to broadcast notes and corrections to the students in real time without having to be at my desk. In turn, the students will be able to access our interactive agenda and notes at any time. Since we are moving to an all digital learning management system, the students will be able to receive annotations and voice notes on work submitted digitally. This feedforward/feedback loop is a research-evidence strategy to grow learner success.

I teach very advanced students as well as special education at varying degrees of exceptionality. Furthermore, as a soon-to-be grad student, these resources will allow me to learn more about creating effective learning spaces. The courses I am taking help me better understand how to meet the needs of the whole child.
