Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In my classroom students use interactive notebooks on a daily basis to; take notes, annotate documents, and reflect on thinking and understandings from the day. They can do a lot of things with the notebooks without these supplies but these supplies will make it so students can glue in and staple in documents. The highlighters will help them to annotate their documents and the pencil boxes will help with organization.

My students usually come with very little school supplies to school due to their financial situation at home.

Because of this the more supplies I can have in my classroom the better the students will be able to succeed. These supplies will help my students' notebooks be more valuable and they will be able to take them with them throughout their math high school career.
