Interactive Learning

My students need an iPad Air to utilize in a variety of ways such as reading, math, writing, science and so much more.

My Students

Make learning fun and interactive. We are a classroom of the future which uses technology to engage and inform learners. My students are hungry for knowledge. iPads for our classroom can feed that hunger in a variety of ways.

Mrs. Irvin's second graders are a group of 20.

Our school is a brand newly built school in our district. My students are energetic, inquisitive students. They love to learn and explore. Second graders like to be on the move. They like interactive lessons that engage their minds as well as keep their hands busy.

My Project

My second graders will use the iPads for every aspect of their learning. They will be able to read digital books during our reading group time. They will be able to practice math facts and skills during math time. They will be able to create and write stories. They will be able to play word games that will build their phonetic skills. They will be able to research topics for Science and Social Studies. iPads will make our learning fun in every way.

We are a brand new school who has limited technology at this point.

By supplying my students with Ipads, learning will become exploratory for them. They will be able to interact with our curriculum rather than be passive listeners. Tablets in the classroom, open up avenues for learning that simply can't be met through paper/pencil activities.
