Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The items I have for this project will help my pre-k students learn every day. My students love hands-on activities, and in this project, I was looking for things I knew they’d enjoy using to further their learning. I included some materials that would help them learn the alphabet, which is probably the number one priority for pre-k students. I also included materials that they could use during their math workstations. We work a lot with counting throughout the year, so I picked materials that would help them with counting and number recognition. These are all things that would be used constantly throughout the years.
