I love how excited my students get when it times to engage in shared and collaborative writing exercises. They feed off of each other’s imagination as well as each other’s background information. This takes the pressure and stress out of generating answers all on their own.
Having the Teacher Pay Teacher (TPT) gift cards will allow me to obtain interactive grammar writing resources that are engaging, practical, and fun.
I can picture my students highly engaged and collaboratively completing lessons that require them to cut and glue their work products into their writer's notebook. By the end of the school year they will have assembled a grammar notebook that demonstrates all the knowledge they will have gained. Finally, the zip lock baggies will be used to store any unfinished work and keep track of all pieces/parts that need to be glued into their notebooks.
