Interactive and Interesting Learning Spaces

Help me give my students the tools needed to aid in classroom management (carpet markers, interval timers, portable lap desk) and tools to help channel our energy in positive and productive ways.

My Students

Each day my students come to school excited to learn and work hard. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing the glow of pride and confidence that a child shows after they have successfully completed a difficult task. My students enjoy moving around the room and working with partners. They have enthusiasm and determination to learn and understand. I am lucky to be a part of their journey.

My students love hands on, active, engaging projects that challenge them.

My Project

Carpet markers will be placed on the carpet so students have an assigned place to sit. This will help students transition to different locations in the classroom quickly. Portable lap desks will be used for students working on Chromebooks or during DYAD partner reading time. The teacher, students, and parent helpers will use timers during math and reading centers.

All of these items will be used immediately to encourage learning and reward expected behavior.
