This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Students need to be inspired through the arts to be life long learners. Using movement and music throughout the curriculum will wakeup students rhythm to improve comprehension and creativity.

Using these instruments, students will be invited to use these instruments in storytelling and theater.

They will use them to learn about music dance, two areas of the curriculum which are lacking in traditional schooling due to lack of resources and expertise.

These tools will motivate students to use the performing arts throughout the curriculum and be inspired to be life long learners.
