This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As a magnet science technology school any resources to support our connections to what the students are exploring is of great assistance. There are multiple times in lessons with our 5th grade students where a lesson is posted on the promethean board.

With an iPad, an individual or small group , can look for details connected to art curriculum vocabulary on the device to enhance their work.

Texture, or color for example on a specific beetle in its habitat can be researched, before sharing the device with another group. This technology will greatly help as a visual learning tool in the art studio to students of varying grades and learning styles.
