This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I want to provide accessible technology that will allow all students to become 21st-century learners. Each day I create Google slides for my scholars to learn through an engaging medium with interesting visuals, engaging videos, and music throughout the day.
Help me provide my scholars with the most engaging lessons by supporting us with a large TV and stand to make instruction come alive!
Currently, my classroom is equipped with a projector to project instructional material, which is often not of the best quality and is difficult for all students to see the material. This new TV will provide all scholars access to the engaging curriculum I create each day.
Additionally, this year I am transitioning to a new school and asking for some supplies to create a welcoming and inviting learning environment for my new third graders. There are some art supplies, materials to post student work onto our bulletin boards, and some essential classroom supplies. My goal is for all of my scholars to feel safe, loved, and happy to come to Room 5 each morning.
