Help me give my students a diverse library to encourage a love for reading.

My Project

The students who would benefit from this project are from a low income community. We are a Title 1 School, and I would love to broaden my classroom library in order to expand to a variety of read alouds.

Research shows that students who are read to/ read for 6 additional minutes every day show a significant improvement in their reading performance.

I would love to have a diverse group of read aloud books to offer an equitable education to those who might not get their 6 minutes at home.
