Inspiring Young Authors

Help me give my students supplies to promote writing in the classroom.

My Project

I have many talented students at our school who will benefit from your generosity.

My goal is to inspire young authors to get creative and show pride in their work.

I am creating a Writing Wall to display anchor charts and current student work to engage students in class. Students will also use folders to create a year long portfolio including all writing genres. Students will be able to see their growth in writing from the beginning of the year to end of the year. My wish is for students to feel a sense of accomplishment and excitement when they share their portfolio during parent conferences throughout the year.

The folders are essential for organization. The hole punch will help them to organize their folders. The wall decor will create a place to display and admire eachothers' work. The more writing utensils we have the better!
