Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am passionate about teaching my 4th and 5th graders about leadership! And my students, year after year, love being engaged citizens of the community!
These items will help to build a Student Leader Office where students can work on service projects, mentor younger students, and make displays about the things they are doing!
I want my students to feel like they have a real voice and impact in the school and the large community. I believe creating the physical and emotional space will do just that! The physical items will be covered here!
