My Students
Our school's library is a loved part of our school with students waiting for it to open every morning. The library is not only available during class time, but it is also open at lunch and recess and provides a wonderful place for students with a range of abilities to come together and participate in a free choice activity for everyone. Our school serves all children of all abilities together in an inclusive setting. Our library needs a variety of resources for our all of our students.
My Project
This project will help inspire readers of all grade levels because it is full of books they are interested in. The project will increase our selection of graphic novels - the section where students are most excited to go. It will also provide more informational texts, building on our students' love of the Who Was series. 3-D books are enjoyed together with friends, promoting positive peer interactions along with enthusiasm for reading.
We are so excited to have so many choices for our students to get excited about!
