My Project

I am an elementary Exceptional Children's teacher. While my students face learning challenges, their curiosity and hunger to explore the world matches that of their peers. I strive to create an environment that unleashes their limitless potential.

That is why I am seeking support to convert our classroom into a sensory-rich discovery hub, filled with tools leveraging hands-on engagement tailored to diverse minds and bodies.

Research shows immersive, manipulative materials build critical pathways to understanding for neurodiverse learners, particularly those needing additional support. Inviting exploration allows their brimming aptitudes to manifest, elevating student confidence and capability.

With funding for tactile literacy stations, fidget tools, audio integration, and kinetic seating adapted to each exceptional child, we can foster community while making learning visceral and vibrant. Please help us transform our room into a springboard for imagination so these students have equal launchpads to excel. Your investment in inclusion-forward spaces uplifts their futures immeasurably.
