This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My third-grade students are curious, creative, and full of questions about the world around them. They thrive when learning comes alive, when they can build, experiment, and explore with their hands. That’s why I’m seeking support to bring more hands-on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) materials into our classroom.

In addition to these engaging tools, I’m also hoping to add flexible seating options to support movement, collaboration, and focus during STEAM projects.

With your help, we can create a dynamic classroom environment where students don’t just learn from a book—they experience learning through creative challenges, teamwork, and real-world problem-solving.
