My Students
The kids in my class are very excited about learning. We strive for academic excellence every day. We have worked together to create a class climate where everyone is welcome and accepting of differences in others. They treat each other with kindness and respect. They know in our class, we are a family, an unbroken chain because we've got what it takes, we can do hard things, and we help each other out. We work to make every day a great day.
My Project
These materials will provide the supplies needed for my students to demonstrate knowledge and express themselves by creating visual art. The timers will help build fluency both in reading and language arts. The American symbols books will help build knowledge of important American Landmarks. My students will build literacy comprehension skills by participating in the activities offered in the comprehension skills book set.
Paints and brushes will be used to help students create projects for core subjects, art displays, and creative expression.
Integrating art mediums with core subject areas will help solidify content knowledge for my students. This opportunity for creative expression will build a creative and innovative understanding of the world in my students.
