Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are bright, determined learners overcoming the fear of speaking English. They are hardworking, eager, and resilient, but fear of mistakes often holds them back. I use prizes and incentives (toys, fidgets, games) to encourage them to take risks and speak with confidence. These rewards make a huge difference, transforming hesitation into courage and mistakes into learning opportunities. My goal is to create a classroom where every student feels motivated to use their voice, knowing that effort and bravery are celebrated. With your support, I can continue inspiring these incredible students to grow, learn, and communicate with confidence.
