My Students

Help K-4th grade students read, play, and compose music on keyboards. I have around 750 students, school-wide, who would love the opportunity to learn how to read and play music. The addition of 8 Midi Keyboards to my music class would allow the students to turn their Chromebooks into instruments. The majority of my students have never and will never have the opportunity to learn how to play an instrument without your help. I would love to instill the joy of creating and playing music in my students. Who knows, your donation could inspire the next great musical genius. Thanks so much for your donation and help.

My Project

With the use of the Midi Keyboards, students will be able to turn their Chromebooks into instruments. The keyboards will plug into the computer. Students will be able to hear what they are playing without disturbing those around them and practice worrying that others will hear their mistakes. The student's Chromebooks have several apps to help students learn to play the keyboard and compose their own music. These keyboards will allow approximately 750, K-4th grade students, the opportunity to learn to read, play, and compose music. My students will greatly appreciate each and every one of your donations. Thank you so much for your consideration and help.
