Help me give my students flexible seating and bookshelves that will allow us to display books in a way that will create an interest and excitement about reading.

My Project

Our classroom is in need of a way to display books that will encourage students to read outside of their comfort zone. Our students love books, but they are prone to only read from books that they are familiar. We need a way to display books that they are reluctant to pick up so that they can discover the unfound knowledge that awaits them. The bookshelf will also allow content related materials to be displayed easily.

Help us broaden our students' reading selections with a new bookshelf and flexible seating.

The stools will give the student's the opportunity to have an option in seating other than traditional seats. Flexible seating increases time on task as well as willingness to complete work.

Our students are a very unique, fun, and inquisitive group of students who require a lot of encouragement when it comes to academics... especially reading. The requested items will get them excited and guide them in stepping out of their comfort zone while sitting comfortably in their stools reading from materials they never considered opening.
