Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
As a new teacher, I am thrilled and passionate for instilling a love for reading in my students. I am a first grade teacher in a wonderful school. My students are beginning readers who crave to learn.
The majority of my students have come from a tough background. The resources to become confidant young readers just aren't available to them. My students are facing the odds when they achieve success!
In my classroom, I welcome students to an environment where it is fun to learn and there are no obstacles. My students need books on CD to bring stories to life. This listening center will allow my students can escape into a story and get excited to read!
Through this donation, you will inspire and instill in my students a drive to read! You will make it possible to bring their favorite stories to life!
