Innovators and Scholars, Oh My!

Help me give my students a printer, a 3D printer with filament, and other materials to support them by building their social skills and creating innovative projects!

My Project

The items I am requesting will be used for our special education students. My students will be doing a lot of project-based learning to support their different learning styles.

The 3D printer will be used as a multidisciplinary tool in the core subjects to ignite creativity and spark a new perspective for learning.

My goals for this project are to have my students experience new technology, learn to problem solve, and create inventions by working together.

The board games will help my students learn to play cohesively and improve their social skills. I have found that playing "old school" games that are not heavily tech-based is important in building logic, strategy, and finding solutions to win a game, while being a good sport.
