My Project

One of the most impactful ways COVID-19 effected our students was in the lack of community. Not seeing each other in person from day to day really hindered many of their social networking abilities. In the Innovation Lab we strive to work on collaboration and effective communication through hands on learning. Our students need updated materials in our lab to continue practicing effective teamwork and creative innovation. By using robotics and the maker space, students have thrived by working collaboratively for a greater purpose. They work on healthy communication, uplifting words, and healthy disagreement strategies. Together, they will continue to rise!
