Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our blended classroom is unique since all of our learners bring something diverse and authentic to share with our room. Several of our students learn in a diverse fashion. One way is through the implementation of visuals. These visuals are printed from our classroom printer and are very specific to the student's needs. We need ink.
The visuals provide an environment that brings consistency, dependability, and trust.
The visuals are used all throughout the day. Students can express how they are feeling by referencing a visual. Students rely on expectations through the visuals.
Students also experience puzzles on the floor which gives them the sensory comfortability to engage in visual cognitive skills.
