This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Read all about it! We want to read our students' work and showcase it in the classroom, and printing it is the way to do that.
My students are inquisitive, engaging 4th graders.
These amazing young people bring their cultural backgrounds into our class of learners to create a diverse classroom community. I teach in a school where most students are from low-income families and receive free or reduced price meals. Supplies are provided by the school or the teacher to make sure students have what they need to learn.
We are a public magnet school with both upper elementary and middle school students. Our 3rd through 8th graders and their families choose to attend this school and be a part of our wonderful small school learning environment.
My Project
The black and color Epson ink cartridges I am requesting will allow my students to print their own work, in color or in black and white. I will also be able to print colored items in the classroom. Our school printers are black and white only. Not all students have access to a computer or a printer at home, but they can bring their work to school on a USB drive to print if they have already typed it, or they can work on it in class. Having back-up cartridges for when we run out will help ensure our ink lasts all year.
Our printer only works as long as we have ink, and ink goes quickly if everyone has a report to print.
Please help my students produce quality work they can be proud of in the future!
