My students are in a full-time, ICT, second grade classroom. Many of my students come from low income families. Several are English language learners. There are a few that come from single-parent (or single-grandparent) households.
All of my students are unique individuals who are always eager to learn and be engaged in exciting activities.
My diverse second graders come from a variety of backgrounds and have different needs and wants. All of my students are eager to learn, with open minds, ready to be filled with knowledge.
Our class has become their second family. They are very energetic and enjoy working with each other, love projects and strive to do their best. All in all, they are a group of awesome kids!
My Project
Our classroom has a working printer and prints in color as well, however, we go through ink and toner cartridges pretty quickly. Ink and toner can be very costly, but I want my students to be able to print what they need, such as articles for research papers, pictures and word documents for book projects, etc.
Receiving ink and toner cartridges for my classroom will be very beneficial to my students.
It is important that my students are able to print when they need to and not have to wait to go to computer class or the library. Having a printer in the classroom is always a plus.
